Thermoguard 2K Fire Varnish Exterior Overcoat is a two component fire protection varnish system for wood and wood derivative surfaces. The special formula provides weather, UV resistance and a durable finish for doors, pool areas and external wood.
When exposed to fire, the Themoguard Fire Varnish Overcoat expands to create an insulating barrier and protect timber surfaces from burning. It has been tested to standards BS EN Class B s2 d0 Class 1 and Class 0.
The Fire Varnish Topcoat can be applied by painters, decorators & other professional users only. The product must be applied in 2 coats to a dry Fire Varnish Basecoated timber.
Available in a clear satin finish to enhance the natural beauty of the wood.
