Sealmaster Tornado TCM internal door threshold plate is a weather seal, which comprises of an aluminium holder with a black closed cell neoprene insert. Suitable for internal doors, the Sealmaster Tornado TCM is designed to be rebated into the door bottom threshold with screws and can be used as a floor trim to separate a floor finish on one side of the threshold seal from the other.
Depending on the design requirements, Sealmaster Tornado TCM can be placed under the centre line of the door or towards one face or the other. The TCM has hidden fixings and forms a discrete threshold that can be accessed by wheeled traffic and is DDA compliant to Part M.
To provide an effective draught and weather seal, the TCM door threshold plate requires a threshold seal. This internal door floor plate is compatible with the Tornado CBG, CBS, CCG, CCS, CDG, CDS threshold seals and can also be used with all Sealmaster door stop seals to create a threshold seal system that will successfully protect the door against draught and weather conditions.
