If you wish to return an item then simply contact our sales team on 01223 839 727 where we can discuss the various options available. We offer all customers a 30-day returns policy.

Do You Need To Return Something?

At Firewise Supplies, we always want you to be happy with your order.

We do, however, appreciate that sometimes products may be damaged in transit, or the item is simply not suitable for your intended application, so that’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy (applies to all products unless otherwise stated).

Can I return the goods if they are not suitable?

Goods can be returned to us in their original condition and packaging and we will issue a full refund less the original carriage charge.

How do I return my items?

Items need to be packed in their original packaging and returned via the post office or your local courier.

Can I exchange my returned items?

Unfortunately we cannot exchange goods only issue refunds for returned items.

When and where do I get my refund?

Once the retuned items have passed quality control a refund will be given via your original payment within seven working days.
