Schlegel Q-Lon Zero Gap Seal is a self adhesive draught excluder seal suitable for timber windows and doors. This includes metal windows, timber casement windows, timber and metal doors and timber centre pivot windows. Perfect for retro fitting to existing windows for additional draught proofing.
Designed in a nylon covered foam the zero gap seal, the integral cord prevents stretching and the sheathing resists wear and protects against U.V. light, ozone and water. The centre core compresses to 1mm but will recover to it’s original shape. Suitable for a rebate of 8mm wide, this Schlegel Q-Lon Zero Gap can seal gaps from 2.5-4.0mm.
Supplied with adhesive tape that is protected by peel-off strip, the adhesive backing offers firm fixing to wood and metal. Zero Gap Q-Lon self adhesive seal is very quick and easy to install, due to no curing time as with silicone (Doesn’t make sense what does this mean?).
The Q-Lon door seal is available in either black or brown and is supplied in 100 metre coils.
