Schlegel Brush Pile Carrier 3 is a sash window seal providing weather and draught seal. Suitable for door and window applications and is specifically designed for sliding applications. However, this brush draught seal is particularly useful for applications such as patio doors and sliding sash windows. This brush pile carrier 3 can be used as an alternative to the Polyflex PF109 Slidex in verticals of box sash windows and ideal for the top and bottom of a meeting rail.
This sash window draught excluder is a low friction seal offering improved sliding performance. The brush pile fibres move independently and is flexible, sealing perfectly against moving elements and uneven surfaces. The central fin provides additional draught proofing.
Manufactured with a PVC-u carrier in a flat self-adhesive back for surface applications, this 7mm x 2mm carrier is supplied with a nylon brush pile and can be supplied with a central polypropylene fin with the 6.55mm brush.
This window brush seal is available in white or black with various nylon brush pile height options: 5mm, 6.5mm and 8.5mm or alternatively with a 6.55mm nylon brush pile that includes a central polypropylene fin.
