Order by 3pm and we will despatch for next day delivery, mainland UK only. Sealmaster items are cut to length and are despatched overnight the following working day.
Orders of £200.00 (Ex. VAT) and above are carriage paid for next day overnight delivery (except highlands). All orders under the value of £200.00 are subject to a carriage charge of £22.50 for next day overnight delivery (except highlands).
These delivery rates apply to all products unless otherwise stated. Please call for offshore rates and highlands.
VAT is calculated and applied at the current rate.
We’ll even deliver directly to your customer or site. You can add another delivery address whilst logged in, by going to your address book.
All orders placed on or before 3.00pm will be despatched that day for overnight next day delivery, unless otherwise stated.
We use Tuffnells Parcels Express.
If you provide a contact number the courier may call you and ask to leave the goods in a safe place, if not they will leave a card and attempt delivery the following day. You can also arrange collection from your local hub.
We deliver to mainland U.K. only.
All small fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in strong cardboard boxes. Long items are sleeved in 2.2 metre length cardboard tubes with stapled, plastic end caps.
We despatch all stock orders the same day to ensure we meet our next day delivery promise, all web orders are picked immediately on receipt therefore making it difficult to amend or change, however please contact us by email or phone where we will do our utmost to assist you.
We currently do not provide an online service for you to track your order. However, please call Firewise on 01223 839 727 as a member of our team will be more than happy to assist and notify you of the whereabouts of your order.
We want to offer you added convenience, meaning that you now have the option to not pay for shipping or wait for deliveries with our click and collect service.
Browse our product range and simply select the click and collect option at the checkout and you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Our sales office is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday where you can view our products and purchase them directly from our trade counter.
