Description

The Deluge 3001 is a straight blade seal insert designed for use with Deluge aluminium carriers, including SEM and TTM holders. Installed as part of a Deluge stop seal system, it provides an effective barrier against air, smoke, gas, light, and sound leakage around doors and windows.

Manufactured from durable elastomer material, the 3001 is ideal for standard applications where smooth operation and low closing forces are important. Its angled blade profile flexes easily on contact with the door leaf, helping to maintain a consistent seal while accommodating minor variations in door alignment.

Typically used alongside threshold and meeting stile seals, the 3001 helps create a complete perimeter sealing solution that can improve acoustic performance and reduce unwanted air leakage without affecting ease of access. Its low-friction design also makes it particularly suitable for frequently used doorsets.

Common applications include replacement doors and window frames, light-sensitive rooms, and environments where improved control of air and sound leakage is required. The insert fits securely into compatible SEM and TTM carriers and can be easily replaced without removing the aluminium holder, making maintenance simple and efficient.
